ABOUT

When I was pregnant with my first son, I thought I had done all the research. I had my birth plan printed. I knew I wanted a natural delivery. I really believed I was ready. But when the time came, things moved fast. I didn’t know what questions to ask. I felt rushed. I felt confused. And by the end of it, I was left with a birth experience that left me emotionally shaken and honestly, a little heartbroken.

After that, something inside me woke up.

During my second pregnancy, I made a bold choice—I surrounded myself with a new kind of support: a midwife and a doula. Women who didn’t just check charts or follow hospital protocols, but who looked me in the eye and said, “You’ve got this. And we’ve got you.”

That birth was different. It was healing. It was powerful. It made me feel seen, heard, and fully in tune with the strength God had already placed inside me.

And that’s when I knew—I wanted to give that same support to other mamas.

So I became a certified birth doula through DONA International. I’ve trained in childbirth education, lactation support, bereavement, and trauma-informed care. But even more than the certifications, I bring the heart of a mother who’s been there.

I’m not here to be your voice.
I’m here to help you find it, own it, and feel confident using it.

“My Story Didn’t Start as a Doula—It Started as a Mama Looking for Support.”

I believe birth is more than a medical event—it’s a sacred transformation.

It’s physical, yes. But it’s also deeply emotional, spiritual, and raw in the most beautiful way. And I believe that when a woman feels supported and informed, she taps into a strength she didn’t even know she had.

As a doula, my role isn’t to take charge or tell you what to do.
It’s to walk beside you, help you understand your options, and create a space where you feel safe, seen, and empowered to make the decisions that feel right for your body and your baby.

My Philosophy Is Simple: Nurture the Mother, Honor Her Voice, Trust God’s Design.

“You are altogether beautiful, my darling; there is no flaw in you.” – Song of Solomon 4:7
